Starting a Garden with out Spending $$$

Plain Old Kristi, my aunt, has planted a seed in my head!
She said I could do a garden with out spending a dollar.

I just finished working on my beds!
Never knew making beds could be so hard!

First I made my garden beds with bricks.

Then I laid out cardboard to block weeds from growing.

Lastly, I went into the woods and raided some leaves.

I had so much fun today! My awesome mom, awesome aunt, and I went to the farmers market in New Orleans! I love the idea of buying food that has not been messed with a lot! It's also cool to think that your helping out people in your area by buying their stuff!!! I would absolute love to be a farm girl!~ You get all you need out of life ~ Great food and fun work ~!!

Ok..... Im GoIng To TrY ThIS blogging tHIng Again!!!

Well lets see...It has been three months since I have last blogged. Wow just a little behind! Lets just pretend that I have not been neglecting you guys! Thanks for understanding!

So lets see what I can share with all my lovely friends.....Hmmmm hh ummmm hhmmmmm!!! My mind does not hold anything worth sharing at the moment!

I know! I know! I had three months to get it together but you might have to wait another three months!! Just kidding.

Well It's Wednesday and we have church tonight. I'm sure tomorrow.......wait that reminds me of a funny story!

It was a Wednesday night and I had nursery duty along with another lady from our church. Our church's nursery is upstairs--an important fact. Children's church was also going on down the hall from where I was at--another very important fact. Five or so biting, drooling adorable little kids (Just trying to create a picture for you) was in my care. Anyways, my work was cut out for me that night!

Everything was going fine and dandy until I heard this awful awful nose. It sounded like all the kids down the hall in children's church was scared out of their minds. It did not sound good to me at all ! So you can imagine what happened next. My womanly take care of business mode kicked in! I ran down the stairs and into the sanctuary where church was being held at that very moment.

Frantically waving my hands in the air, saying, "Uncle Otto, Uncle Otto something is happening upstairs. We need help!" My uncle Otto, who is the pastor of our church stopped in midsentence.... The next thing, that I only had a few seconds to process, was that I was being pushed out of the way as four men went went flying past me including my grandpa!!!! As I looked around I noticed that the whole church was looking kind of freaked out!

So to end my funny story! Now I know your probably wondering, How is This Funny? Well you see nothing was wrong at all. The children where OK! Unaware to me, a very dramatic drama was being performed in children's church. I ended up stopping a whole church service and almost giving the whole church a heartattack!!! Slightly embarrassing but a moment never to be forgotten!!!

Youth rallys are always a blast!! The only thing that I always regret is that I never have enough pictures because I get so caught up in talking! This is a few pictures of us at the restaurant after a awesome service in Natches Mississippi=-)

My Skiing Trip=-)

Want to know what I did for my Christmas break? I went Skiing in Colorado !!!! It was a blast~! I went with some awesome people=-) It was fifteen people stuffed... I mean stuffed in a fifteen passenger van! Now that is a great way to become close friends. Above is a picture of Breanne, Me, and Whit!

Aw, now isn't that just so sweet!! Hey wait that's my pillow! Well, I had to forgive them. Things were just way to tight to start a pillow fight! Wait, I think we did have a pillow fight=-)

O my goodness Thomas don't do that! Your eyes might get stuck! Someone in the van began to share a story with everyone they said that a whole family crossed their eyes on road trip and then as they were driving they hit a bump and their eyes got stuck, and then they hit another bump, and their eyes got unstuck! I wonder if that story scared Thomas=-)

SO sweet=-) When I say we became close friends I wasn't kidding=-) These guys were so much fun and entertaining! I think they sang like five hours straight at one point=-) No need for Ipods=-)

This guy.... Well all I got to say is he can sure sing good. lol One of the games we played was to turn up the volume as loud as it could go and stick the ear buds in our ears and sing with all of our heart=-) The funny part was that everybody sounded awful!

We told jokes, sang songs, cheered the Saints on, took funny pictures, stopped at a ton of gas stations, and talked non stop! The trip was a blast--no time for a nap!

A funny story that I would like to share.... When we stopped at a gas station, a van pulled up that looked just like the one we were traveling in. Well, me and Rusty was one of the last ones to get back into the van. Old Rusty walks right up to the wrong van and starts to get in! The look on his face was priceless=-) Of course when we get into the right van everyone was laughing their heads off=-) Good Times!!!

The Cutest Little Girl Ever!

I was blessed with a great job. I get to play all day with the cutest little girl=-) She is so funny and smart! She can identify certain animals and she makes animal sounds! She loves the outdoors, every time we go for a walk she points up at the birds in the sky and starts squealing! Children are so precious especially this little pumpkin=-)

First of all your going to need a ton of bobby pins=-) I love bobby!~ lol

Next step to one amazing style.... easy as pie=-) You gather all of your hair into your hand. You can gather up high, down low or to the side. Whatever makes you super happy=-) =-)
O yeah, and one of my little secrets is to leave a bit hair out in the front to curl swoop or pin into a loop Dee loop=-) If you decide that you don't want anything going on in the front you can always pin it back!=-)

Aha, next step my friend=-) You make a pony... but not just any pony=-) Once you make your pony one loop from being tight you loop that last loop and pull your hair through. But the trick is not all the way through=-) ha ha a tongue twister=-) I like mine high as you can see=-) I'm short so its does a good job of adding height=-) Your hair should now look like a rainbow on top of your head, or a slinky=-)
FUN FUN FUN!~ OK so now your going to have hair hanging! As shown in the picture above=-) with that hair you just start separating and making rolls=-) Not the kind you eat might I add=-0

Pansies
